From a young age, Shawn was involved in various development projects, leading to a passion for real estate. A graduate of Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University specializing in Real Estate Management and Finance, Shawn brings a fresh outlook to the Crescent team. Shawn applied his knowledge of real estate analysis and purchased his first investment property at 23 years old. His passion for real estate is driven by helping his clients make optimal choices and achieve their real estate goals.
